A quality-first approach to AI training

I work at the intersection of machine learning and operational quality. Day to day that means monitoring highly skilled taskers across AI training and annotation projects, and leaning on systematic quality benchmarks I built myself to identify the performance gaps that need attention.

My background in data architecture and financial modelling means I treat trainer output the way I treat a dataset: measurable, auditable and improvable. The result is a team whose quality holds up under scale and whose metrics map directly onto commercial targets.
